About the Role
Based at our Frenchs Forest home barista centre and workshop, you’ll keep our customers’ machines running beautifully. You’ll:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in espresso machines and grinders.
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and upgrades.
- Inspect and test new machines before they go to customers.
- Keep service records and job updates accurate in our in-house custom-built systems.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.
About You
- A hands-on problem solver who’s confident with hand tools.
- Some experience troubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical issues (a multimeter is your friend).
- Careful and accurate. You take pride in doing the job properly.
- A clear communicator with customers and the team.
- A genuine interest in coffee and espresso equipment.
- An electrical licence or qualification.
- Previous coffee machine or appliance repair experience.
- You can pull a delicious flat white on a manual machine and grinder.
