About the Role – Fleet Controller Trainee
This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule , based in Northmead .

As a Fleet Controller Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to manage fleet operations, coordinate drivers, and efficiently allocate jobs.

- Handling basic administrative tasks to support the team.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who
- Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Have full working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
- Have good knowledge of the Sydney area (or a willingness to learn).
- Are reliable, have their own transport, and possess a strong work ethic .
