About the Role
JDA Collective have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced casual Hotel/Pub Duty Manager at Globe Hotel, Deniliquin. This is a great opportunity for a Hotel/Pub Duty Manager who can “lead by example”, who has solid hospitality experience, is highly motivated, customer focused and a target driven individual. If you are a great team player with a drive to succeed in all aspects of your job, work to high standards, take pride in your work and responsibilities, have a strong leadership approach and want to progress your management career, then this is the job for you!
Skills and Experience
JDA Collective are looking for an accomplishedand highly experienced Hotel/Pub Duty Managers! The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Proficiency in both foodand beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue with minimum three (3) years’ experience is essential.
- Maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.
- Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Solid experience and strong understanding of TAB and Gaming facilities.
- Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.
- A candidate with experience in successfully managing events and implementing successfulmarketing ideas would be looked upon favourably.
- Be willing to take responsibility and accountability
- Ability to mentor and train staff
- The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as, be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
- A committed, trustworthy and responsible individual is what we are looking for. The candidate must be flexible and available to work mostly nights, weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.
- An Australian National Police Check within the last 3 months.
- Available for an immediate start.
