JDA Collective is expanding its Globe Hotel in Deniliquin and seeks a Chef/Cook to join a 3-4 chef kitchen. You will prepare and plate top-quality pub dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage stock, and mentor juniors under the Head Chef.
This casual role requires a trade qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery) and at least 3 years post-qualification experience, with flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
