Project Manager - Greenfields Earthworks and Civil

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site delivery of a major greenfield sports infrastructure project in the Rockhampton region.

What you'll be doing

Lead the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of greenfield earthworks and civil works.

Build and lead a project team, setting clear expectations and supporting strong performance.

Manage project planning, programming, cost control, forecasting and reporting.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and site resources.

Oversee quality, inspections, ITPs, ITCs and project documentation.

Identify delivery risks and construction challenges early, and develop practical solutions.

Work closely with the client, consultants and internal stakeholders to keep the project on track.

Apply PMO best practices across project controls, governance and delivery.
What you'll bring

Proven experience managing civil and earthworks projects from site establishment through to completion.

Strong project leadership and subcontractor management skills.

Strong commercial acumen.

A solid track record in project planning, cost control, scheduling and quality management.

The ability to build and lead a capable team.

Clear communication, sound commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

A strong commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes.

Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management or a related field are desirable.
