JBS Townsville Plant is seeking a Fabrication Lead to join our team on a full‐time basis. Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, you will coordinate Boning Room operations and lead a small team to achieve production, quality, food safety and WHS objectives.
You will develop colleagues through training and coaching, maintain accurate records, and drive continuous improvement while upholding JBS values and fostering a safe, productive, and high‐performing workplace and cost control.
