As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes in production, either in our Harvest Floor or Fabrication.
- Overseeing scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise.
- Overseeing the operation of production machinery.
- Overseeing the set-up cleaning and maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Overseeing product inspection and product quality control.
