JBS Dinmore is seeking a people-focused Maintenance Superintendent to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this leadership role oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the site and leads a skilled team of maintenance professionals to ensure plant reliability and performance.
You will drive a proactive maintenance culture with a strong emphasis on safety, operational efficiency and continuous improvement, coordinating maintenance resources.
