JBS Caroona is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Reliability Coordinator to lead maintenance, asset performance and operational reliability at the Caroona feedlot near Quirindi, NSW. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, you will drive maintenance strategies to maximise equipment performance and minimise downtime while ensuring safe, compliant and efficient site operations.
You will develop a high-performing maintenance team, oversee planning and execution through SAP, and champion continuous improvement.
