Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, you will coach leaders and teams to strengthen safety culture, oversee the Safety Management System, and drive incident investigations and compliance with legislation.
You will build safety capability, lead the WHS Committee, and collaborate with site leadership to embed safety into daily operations while supporting health and wellbeing initiatives.
