Job Description
Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
- Delivery quality, profitable sales according to an established budget.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries.
- Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard.
- Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, including picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
- Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety.
