As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:
- Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to our back of house
- Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
- Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
- Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games. Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated. Customer focus and result driven. You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
