Join the vibrant team at JB Caravans' as a full-time Caravan Sales Consultant. Based in our Newcastle showroom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect caravan to suit their needs and lifestyle. We are also pleased to announce, we will be introducing both New Age Caravans and Traveller Caravans into our Newcastle yard, as of June 1st. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and successful business in the dynamic caravan industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences to recommend the best caravan options
- Conducting guided tours of caravans on the showroom floor and demonstrating key features and benefits
- Preparing sales contracts and processing transactions in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the caravan product range, pricing and promotions
- Providing post-sales support and liaising with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the caravan, automotive or related retail industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong product knowledge and the passion to share this with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Enthusiastic, resilient and driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- A current driver's licence and willingness to obtain a caravan towing licence
