Jayco is looking to hear from experienced caravan manufacturing specialists who have developed strong technical skills and extensive hands-on knowledge within the caravan and RV industry.
We're particularly interested in people who can bring a high level of experience to our manufacturing operations and confidently undertake complex or specialist work.
We're interested in experience across
- Caravan building and assembly
- Internal and external rectification
- Electrical testing and fault finding
- Electrical fit-out and wiring – 48volt wiring systems
- Advanced furniture fit-out
- Roofing, flooring and structural assembly
- Technical fault finding and repairs
- Specialist caravan manufacturing and fit-out
What we're looking for
- Strong previous experience in caravan or RV manufacturing
- Advanced hands-on building, assembly or technical skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently within your area of expertise
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and resolve quality or production issues
- Experience using a range of hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of quality and safety requirements
- Industry experience, where applicable
- Join one of Australia's most recognised RV manufacturers
- 9-day fortnight – enjoy an RDO every second Friday
- Full-time manufacturing environment based in Dandenong South
