As our Precast Panel Install Supervisor, you'll be the driving force on-site, ensuring every panel is installed safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll lead a skilled crew, coordinate with project managers, and make sure our clients see the quality and professionalism that sets us apart. Your leadership will directly influence the success of each project and the reputation we've built over decades.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily precast panel installation activities on-site
- Ensure all work meets engineering specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
- Manage crew performance, providing guidance, training, and support where needed
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues quickly
- Oversee equipment use and maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operation
- Conduct site safety checks and toolbox talks to maintain a zero-incident culture
- Complete ITP's (Inspection and test plans)
About you
- Proven experience in precast panel installation or structural concrete works
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Current White Card and relevant high-risk work licences (e.g., dogging, rigging, EWP)
