We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Manager to join our dynamic Finance & Insurance team. As a Jarvis Business Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering market-leading finance, insurance and warranty solutions, helping our valued customers fund and protect their new vehicles while ensuring an exceptional customer experience every time.
About the role:
You will:
Present and structure finance, insurance, and warranty solutions for customers
Help customers understand and select the right products to fund and protect their vehicle
Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and lending partners
Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Ensure all finance and insurance activity is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
What we're looking for:
Finance & Insurance experience will be highly regarded, however it is not essential. This is first and foremost a sales role, so we're looking for driven individuals with strong sales experience.

Creative problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet
