Janison is seeking a QA Lead to oversee testing across multiple projects, leading Quality Analysts embedded in agile squads and shaping test strategies for our flagship online assessment platform.
You will balance hands-on testing (≈30%) with leadership, test planning and client engagement to ensure quality delivery.
You will own defect management, test reporting and UAT coordination, working with PMs, PO, developers and clients to embed quality across delivery.
