Janison is seeking a Training Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end planning, development, coordination and delivery of training for casual invigilation staff on a government assessment program. This part-time role covers 3 days per week and involves online, face-to-face training and handbooks.
You will work with SMEs, Project Manager and client training specialists to ensure training content is engaging, accurate and compliant with client requirements, while managing a roster of 1,200 staff.
