James Said is seeking a Salesperson that is also a qualified interior designer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement and Consultation: Welcome and assist customers in selecting furniture and accessories based on their preferences, needs, and design goals. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customers' interior design aspirations and offer tailored design solutions.
- Sales and Relationship Building: Drive sales by effectively presenting and promoting furniture products to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized recommendations.
- Store Presentation and Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment by arranging furniture displays and ensuring overall store aesthetics. Keep up-to-date with new furniture arrivals and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a cooperative and motivated work environment. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in interior design with strong knowledge of Sketch Up and Canva.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity to envision and present design solutions to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
