James Home Services Townsville is seeking a motivated and reliable Crew member – Home Garden & Maintenance to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Crew Member, you will be working alongside a team delivering lawn care, gardening, property maintenance, and outdoor home services to residential, aged care, NDIS, commercial and community clients throughout Townsville.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, hedging, weed control, and general garden maintenance
- Complete minor home maintenance tasks as required
- Ensure services are delivered to company standards and client expectations
- Manage daily schedules and job completion through our digital scheduling platform
- Conduct quality checks and maintain workplace safety standards
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and service providers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in lawn and garden maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Reliable, organised, and solution-focused
- Current Driver's Licence (essential)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
