A great permanent full time or part-time position for an experienced and cheerful Salesperson to work across two iconic Gold Coast brands, Jacaru Australia and Bocchetta Plush Toys.
We are looking for an experienced and driven office-based Salesperson with outstanding customer service skills, gained in a B2B sales environment.
You are a bubbly personality who our customers love to talk to.
Based in our factory and warehouse in Burleigh Heads and reporting to the General Manager, you will drive all sales activity through our B2B sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development via outbound calls
- Pro-actively engage with new customer leads and follow-up dormant customers via phone
- effectively handling inbound calls such as taking phone orders
- maintain a positive customer relationship, dealing with customer queries or complaints, tracking of call details for follow-up.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Being able to adapt to different systems, processes, and changes in the work environment.
- Working effectively and efficiently with colleagues and clients.
- Skill & Experience
Advanced Microsoft office experience is required, including having previously worked with CRM software.
