The Role
As a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of an end-to-end residential property portfolio, managing the full property management lifecycle while developing strong relationships with rental providers and renters.
You'll be joining an established team during an exciting period of growth, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of the Property Management division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Conducting and coordinating routine inspections
- Managing tenancy matters and resolving issues proactively
- Maintaining accurate documentation and portfolio records
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Providing a consistently high standard of communication and service
What the Business Offers
Competitive remuneration
A package of $75,000–$105,000 inclusive of superannuation, dependent on experience.

About You
We're looking to speak with experienced Property Managers and Senior Property Managers who bring:
- A minimum of 2 years property management experience
- Experience managing an end-to-end residential portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence managing competing priorities
- A professional, accountable and client-focused attitude
