DUTIES.
- Oversee various documentation and tender packages.
- Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, coordinate consultants and stakeholders.
- Manage fee proposals, deliverables, and the profitability of the project.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred.
- Extensive experience managing Class 2 projects across all stages.
- Strong competency in Archi CAD.
