ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of multi-residential projects across Canberra.
This role suits a Project Engineer or Site Engineer looking to build their experience on larger scale residential builds, with exposure across the full project lifecycle and a clear path towards a Project Manager position.
DUTIES
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Coordinating RFIs and managing consultant responses
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor scopes
- Quality control and inspections on site
- Programming and tracking progress against the schedule
- WHS compliance and site safety management
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors day to day
- Assisting with variations and cost tracking
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred
- Experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer within multi-residential construction
- Strong communication and organisational skills
