We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of insurance products within insurance portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping customer‐centric insurance solutions that align with regulatory requirements and market trends.
Skills required
- Insurance expertise: Strong knowledge of general insurance products, pricing, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Product development: Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and digital teams to design and launch innovative insurance products.
- Compliance and risk: Ensure products meet APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory standards while managing risk exposure.
- Stakeholder management: Partner with internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to drive product success.
- Performance monitoring: Track product KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements where needed.
