About the role

Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll support a mix of corporate, stakeholder, industry and internal events, both in person and virtual. • Book venues, suppliers, travel and AV, and manage registrations

  • Handle invitations, RSVPs and communications with attendees, presenters and partners

  • Help prepare branded collateral, presentations and event materials with the marketing team

  • Support forums, webinars and working groups, and capture feedback and actions

  • Keep budgets, contracts, supplier records and the company-wide events calendar up to date

  • Help with post-event reporting and suggest improvements for next time

About you

  • Experience in administration, coordination, events, marketing or a similar fast-paced role

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities

  • Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication

  • Confidence working with senior leaders, partners and suppliers

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, and a willingness to learn registration or webinar platforms

  • An adaptable, can-do attitude and a calm approach when plans change

  • A current Queensland driver's licence, and flexibility for some after-hours work and travel, including regional areas and interstate

  • Experience coordinating events, conferences or functions is a bonus, but it isn't essential.
