We are looking for the following Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a senior business analyst (at least 5 years) in digital projects.
- Highly developed liaison, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience producing artefacts such as user journeys, process maps, functional decomposition models, user stories, test cases.
- Experience working in personalisationand authentication solutions.
- Experience working with government digital project using DTA’s Digital Service Standard.
- Design, development and testing as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum delivery team, participating sprints and workshops as required.
