Currently, we are seeking to employ a full time Recruitment Consultant - New Business to work from our South - Western Sydney Office. About the Position You will be working as a part of our Operations Team.
Main Duties
- Managing a portfolio of current Clients
- New business development
- Collating and executing sales leads
- Building and maintaining authentic Client relationships
- Attending Client Site Visits
- Pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Other duties as required
- Managing the end to end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, to interviewing, compliance checks and deployment
Selection Criteria
- Great sales experience
- Competent business development skills
- Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
- Recruitment experience is a mandatory requirement
- Drivers License and own transport (our office is not accessible via public transport)
- Able to pass a pre - employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
- Able to obtain Police Check
