About the Role
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining Aviation data, supporting reporting and analytics, improving business processes, and assisting with system implementations across the national Aviation segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and reporting activities.
- Maintain and improve Aviation datasets, dashboards, and analytics.
- Assist with process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support system implementations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change rollouts.
- Manage system access, workspace administration, and governance controls.
- Collaborate with operational, compliance, training, and IT stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate reporting and insights to support business performance.
About You
- Bachelor qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience working with complex datasets and identifying trends.
- Ability to obtain or hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
