ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Leading handto join our team in a Full-Time role in Concord.
This role will support our frontline team to ensure smooth daily operations and site maintenance of the school, developing and facilitating quality control measures and supporting a team and ensuring conditions are met. As well as to undertake general administrative tasks, this role includes the tracking of cleaning work end-to-end through in-house system.

The Position:
- Responsible for leading a team of 10+
- Shift times would be 5:00-9:00 and 14:00-18:00, Monday to Friday
- Assisting management and support the cleaning team
- Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality Control and service rotations
- Review stock levels and complete the orders
- Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
- Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers
- Access to staff discounts with companies including insurance and childcare
- Traineeship opportunities for eligible employees

- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Working with Children Check
- Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
- Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation and customer service
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
