We are looking for a person to join our ISS Injury Assist Team as an Assistant Case Manager (ACM) supporting our front-line case managers and Injured Placemakers with their workers compensation claims. The Assistant Case Manager role provides administration and customer service support to ISS Case Managers, Injured ISS Placemakers (employees), and ISS Operational Managers for the quality management and outcomes for NSW workers compensation claims.
Responsibilities include:
- Registering of new claims
- Managing incoming email documentation workflow
- Managing daily tasks within service levels
- Contacting providers and arranging appointments and follow-up outstanding reports/information
- Updating information in our systems to ensure we have accurate and quality data

About ISS and Self Insurance - ISS has a NSW Workers Compensation Self Insurance license and our Injury Assist Team manage injuries and return to work support to our Placemakers (employees) when they are injured at work.
