Isola Di Capri in Cowes, Phillip Island, is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to run the kitchen day-to-day alongside our Head Chef through a busy summer season and beyond.
You'll lead service, uphold our high standards, train and guide junior staff, and own the fresh pasta program. This role rewards leadership, composure under pressure, and input into specials and menu development.
