Melbourne CBD | Full-time | Monday–Friday
What you’ll earn
- $70,000 including super from day one*
- $75,000 including super after six months
- Uncapped monthly commission on top
- Twice-yearly salary reviews, with progression up to $110,000 including super
Learn, grow and enjoy the team
You’ll start with 8 weeks of paid training, followed by ongoing coaching and support as you develop into a confident Comparison Expert.
You’ll join a supportive, social team that celebrates success through regular recognition, team dinners and incentives. Previous prizes have included Dyson Airwraps, iPads, gift cards and travel experiences.

What you’ll do
- Understand customers’ needs and explain health insurance clearly
- Help them compare options and choose suitable cover
- Work towards individual and team sales goals
- Build your skills through coaching and feedback
