iScape is expanding and in need of an experienced and focused IT Services Engineer. Will you be next to join our services team?
- Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Assisting with HelpDesk support and Managed Services
- Assisting clients with integration of new technologies
- Working on major project implementations for our Technical Services team
- Helping improve our clients' business through use of appropriate tech
- Performing as a team player in our bustling environment
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary or technical qualification (or working towards)
- Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
- An analytical and detailed view of your work
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Neat personal presentation
- History with Office 365 administration
- Weekly/fortnight rotation contract work onsite for corporate clients
- Must be in the Mackay region or able to relocate to Mackay
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT support experience required
- Australian citizenship required for this position
Attractive base salary and achievable profit share bonuses. 5 weeks annual leave with the option to cash out 1 week (i.e., 4 weeks leave + 1 week payout). Supportive and professional team culture.
