With continued growth, we’re looking for Employment Lawyer to join the team. You will play a key role in supporting the success of the Irwell Law team by delivering clear, pragmatic, legal advice across a wide range of commercial matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thinking on their feet and helping clients navigate day to day legal challenges. You’ll provide practical, easy to understand advice across a wide range of commercial issues, supporting our clients when they need it the most. This will be a phone based position.
What will you be doing?
- Breach of restraint of trade
- Overpayments
- Workplace surveillance
- Requests for personal information
- Data protection issues
- Contractor agreements
- Drafting directors deeds
What will you need?
- 3 yrs PQE with strong Employment Law experience.
- A current unrestricted APC
- Confidence advising on a broad range of matters
- The ability to communicate and break down complex legal queries into simple, concise advice.
- The ability to build rapport quickly, via the phone
