About the role
Ironbark Grounds Maintenance is looking for Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders and Team members to join a growing local team across commercial and residential grounds maintenance. You’ll be working across a real mix of sites: schools, aged care facilities, retail centres, strata and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities
- Pruning, shaping and maintaining trees up to 10m
- Small tree removals and clean-up
- Mowing, edging and maintaining high-quality sites
- Hedging, pruning and detailed garden maintenance
- Weed control and spraying
- Planting, mulching and garden rejuvenation
- Irrigation checks and minor repairs
- Litter collection, keeping sites clean, safe and presentable
- Operating commercial equipment such as mowers, hedgers and blowers
About you
- Experience in mowing, brush cutting or outdoor maintenance (preferred, not essential)
- Genuine interest in lawn and gardens
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Blue Card and Australian Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Very competitive pay based on experience
