RediMed is expanding its medicolegal services nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the teams at the center of our operation, reporting to the Operations Manager. You’ll stay hands-on, develop your teams and implement scalable ways of working as we grow.
The role focuses on improving systems, workflows and service experiences, coordinating client services, clinic services and medical expert activities, and using data to drive performance and capacity.
