Iris Group Management Pty Limited is seeking a Duty Manager for their venues in the Sydney Region and Wisemans Ferry. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $79,500 - $90,000 and a generous bonus structure.

The Role: We are looking for a dedicated manager to assist in the operations of our key venues. You will lead your team during busy service periods, ensuring high levels of customer service. A strong background in hospitality, particularly in F&B, gaming, and TAB, is essential. You should be passionate about delivering quality service and exceeding targets.
The successful applicant will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year previous management experience with strong knowledge of running a busy hotel, especially in gaming/wagering.
- Extensive background in a strong F&B oriented venue with proven results.
- Knowledge of TAB and gaming operations with required service levels.
- A drive to be recognised as the best venue operator.
- Current RSA & RCG certificates.
- A hands-on approach to management.
- A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and the ability to create a positive working environment.
Desirable attributes include:
- An understanding of industry-related technology systems.
- Knowledge of the inner south west corridor clientele and business drivers.
- Strong reporting and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in current F&B trends.
