We're looking for a Senior Project Manager, Experience Management (XM) to join our Customer & Employee Experience team in Sydney.

About the Role

In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery and ongoing management of Employee Experience (EX) and Voice of Employee (VoE) programmes for some of Australia's leading organisations. Combining project management expertise, client relationship management, and experience management technology, you'll ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives.

You will work closely with clients, researchers, technology specialists, and global teams to drive programme success and continuously improve employee experience outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Experience Management (XM) programmes
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Coordinate activities across research, technology, operations, and offshore teams
  • Support the configuration and optimisation of XM platforms, including Qualtrics, Medallia, and InMoment
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and change requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve programs and deliver business value
  • Support proposals, project scoping, costing, and client presentations
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to process improvement and business growth initiatives

Your Profile

  • A degree in psychology, marketing, economics, business or a related field (or similar)
  • 4 to 7 years' experience in Experience Management (XM), Employee Experience (EX), consulting, research, or a related discipline
  • Experience managing complex projects and client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of Voice of Employee (VoE) programs and methodologies
  • Experience using XM platforms such as Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment, or similar software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Our Culture

Our culture is the best of both worlds - we combine the creative, entrepreneurial spirit of a boutique agency with the scale, diversity, and opportunities of a global organisation. You'll work alongside bright, friendly, and passionate people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We're united by our core values of integrity, curiosity, collaboration, client first, and an entrepreneurial mindset. And importantly - we enjoy what we do and make time to have fun along the way.

Employee Benefits

  • Learning and development programs, plus study assistance and study leave
  • Paid leave for volunteering, your birthday, and starting a family
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing support
  • Flexible and hybrid work options
  • Work From Anywhere (up to 6 weeks per year)
  • Regular social events and a collaborative team environment
  • Well-stocked office with daily breakfast, fresh fruit, snacks and hot drinks
