We’re looking for a Financial Systems Analyst with hands‑on experience in Workday Financials to support the configuration, operation, administration and continuous improvement of our Finance applications. This role is a 12 month max term contract with an immediate start.
You’ll work across Finance, Technology and the broader business to support project delivery and transformation initiatives whilst maintaining system integrity and supporting issue resolution.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of project changes / enhancements across Workday Financials, including Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center.
- Investigate data exceptions, source system rejects and processing issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and system efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders on Finance systems initiatives.
- Support user access, system controls, documentation and governance activities.
- Support day to day operations when required.
What we’re looking for
- Hands‑on experience with Workday Financials is essential.
- Ideally, experience with Workday Prism and/or Accounting Center.
- 2+ years’ experience across Finance Systems, Finance operations or a related environment.
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and data flows.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, configuration or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Confidence working across Finance, Technology and business teams.
Please note: This role specifically requires experience with Workday Financials / Workday Finance. It is not a Workday HCM/HR systems role.
