InvoCare is seeking a National Workforce Planning Manager to lead the transformation of our workforce planning capability across a multi-site national operation. You will design and build a centralised, end-to-end function, overseeing forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, analytics and optimisation to ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
This senior role reports to the Head of ER/IR and requires a strategic, commercially minded leader.
