Working from our Inverloch showroom, you will guide customers through their options, provide product advice and help them select the right solutions for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, personalised service.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Assisting customers with product selections, colours, fabrics and styles.
- Preparing quotes and following up on sales enquiries.
- Managing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised and inviting.
- Building positive customer relationships and contributing to the success of the business.
About you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Great organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence learning about products and explaining options to customers.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- An interest in interior design, home styling and window furnishings.
- Previous experience in retail, sales and customer service would be an advantage.
- Experience in blinds and window furnishings is welcome, but we're happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn.
Consistent weekday hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
