Investible is seeking a pragmatic part-time Legal Counsel to act as the general legal resource across funds, investments, Club Investible, and corporate group. You will work with leadership and investment teams, with external counsel support on specialist matters, across Australia and Singapore.
The role focuses on private capital transactions, corporate and M&A, with flexibility to scale workload and to base in Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore.
