Inturing is an Australian automation and data consultancy running a two-year business improvement program for an industrial group. We are looking for a UAT Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis and get each improvement from built to in use: write test scripts from acceptance criteria, run test sessions with business users, log defects a developer can act on, and get sign-off.
The builds are Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse and Microsoft Fabric, integrating with an ERP.
Three or more years running UAT or functional testing on business systems with end users in the room
Manufacturing, supply chain, equipment or finance back-office exposure
Clear test scripts and defect reports
Power Automate, Power Apps or Dynamics 365 testing
Accounts payable or order processing
An ABN
Hours: 1 to 2 days a week around releases, up to 3 in a release week. Contract now, first booking when the first build reaches test, expected December or January.
Location: ideally on site for user sessions. Newcastle and the lower Hunter are preferred; Central Coast and Sydney are welcome if you can travel. Remote for scripting.
You will work as part of the Inturing team, with an Inturing email address and access to the tools we use, such as Claude, Notion and monday.com. A full role brief is available on request.
