A rare opportunity to progress into one of Australia’s fastest growing listed organisations as a Senior Financial Accountant from the Big 4. Due to exceptional growth and operational expansion, we have an amazing opportunity for a CA qualified Big 4 finance professional to join one of Australia's employers of choice in a role focused on Accounting Review and Advisory, with preparation done in another department.

The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the financial reporting process
- Liaise with external auditors on any issues
- Report to the management committees on financial reporting matters
- Provide technical advice with respect to the various funds and provide up to date reporting on implications of changes.
- Preparation of accounting papers to the board members
- Work across different functional teams and influence change strategies as well as drive improvements.
- Project management
- Ensure deadlines are met on a timely basis
- Create and maintain accounting procedures documentation
- Contribute in scoping, designing and developing efficiencies and improvements
To be considered for this role you must have completed your CA and have between 3-5 years’ experience working in the Big 4. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and have experience auditing large ASX listed organisations, preferably with banking, financial services or superannuation.
This role is offered with an outstanding salary package for a first time move, with an additional 20% bonus on top of your salary based on company and personal performance.
