About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and client‐focused professional to join our client's team as a Tax Manager. This role is perfect for a motivated Manager in Business Services with extensive experience in tax advisory, compliance, and client management who is ready to embrace a leadership challenge.
In this position, you will:
- Lead a Portfolio: Take charge of an existing client base with the opportunity to expand and develop it further.
- Build Your Own Book: Leverage your expertise and networks to grow your client portfolio and establish long‐term relationships.
- Deliver Expert Advice: Provide high‐level tax advisory and business services to a diverse range of clients.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Contribute to the firm's vision by identifying new business opportunities and driving operational efficiencies.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
About You — To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar within business services, with expertise in tax advisory and compliance.
- A passion for business development and a strong network of professional relationships.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust in clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership and drive outcomes.
- Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent).
