The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support client communications, reporting, and responses to stakeholder enquiries.
- Monitor investment guidelines and portfolio restrictions to ensure compliance with client mandates.
- Conduct daily compliance reviews and assist in identifying and escalating potential breaches or exceptions.
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance obligations across investment products.
- Assist in maintaining accurate fund, portfolio, and client data.
- Liaise with investment, operations, risk, and external stakeholders to resolve queries and deliver positive outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across compliance, reporting, and operational functions.
- Support onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, and ongoing due diligence activities where required.
Skills & Experience
You may come from a funds management, fund administration, client services, operations, compliance, or graduate financial services background.
