Our clients want one person who knows their business and gets things done. As Account Manager, you’ll look after a portfolio of Tier 1, 2 and 3 clients in the residential and medium-density building sector. You’ll be their first point of contact from the first enquiry through to project delivery. This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll build long-term partnerships and work with our operations teams to ensure the work is accurate, on time and meets client expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Build client relationships and grow revenue across Intrax’s operational areas.
- Work with operations and delivery teams to ensure everyone understands the work and client deadlines are met.
- Develop growth plans by mapping our strengths against customer needs.
- Keep CRM data and pipelines current and proactively managed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build lasting, values-aligned relationships.
- Solid organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and databases, and the ability to pick up new systems, especially our CRM.
- Analytical skills and a whole-of-business approach to problem solving.
- The ability to work well in a team, work independently and use your initiative.
- Ideally 1 year or more in residential construction (customer service, estimating, drafting, construction or contracts administration).
- Exposure to residential engineering is an advantage.
