As Account Manager, that's you.
You'll look after a portfolio of Tier 1, 2 and 3 clients in the residential and medium-density building sector.
You'll be their first point of contact from the first enquiry through to project delivery.
This is a relationship-driven role. You'll build long-term partnerships and work with our operations teams so the work is accurate, on time and what the client expected.

What You'll Do

- What You'll Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build lasting, values-aligned relationships
- Solid organisation and time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and databases, and the ability to pick up new systems, especially our CRM
- Analytical skills and a whole-of-business approach to problem solving
- The ability to work well in a team, work independently and use your initiative
- Ideally 1 year or more in residential construction (customer service, estimating, drafting, construction or contracts administration)
- Exposure to residential engineering is an advantage
