We're hiring! Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer
We're looking for an experienced AP/AR Officer to join the IntraSpace team.
You'll handle:
- Supplier invoices and payment runs
- Customer collections
- Reconciliations
- Payroll processing
You'll need solid AP/AR experience, NetSuite and Employment Hero experience, attention to detail and the ability to start straight away.

- Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members in a clear and professional manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Melbourne Area, contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant vocational training or qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with OH&S and compliance requirements in a commercial or project-based environment is an advantage.
